There are variations to how to connect it, depending on the model. If the instructions below do not help, you can take a photo of the keyboard and email it back to us.
Anyway, On the IPad itself, tap on the gear that will open Settings
- Tap on Bluetooth.
- Make sure Bluetooth is set to On, then let it search for devices.
- Tap on a Bluetooth keyboard, when it appears, to pair.
On the Keyboard itself you will have to hold the Blue tooth button, it will look like the image below. It is usually located on the top of the keyboard. If you hold it long enough it should blink.
Once it is recognized by the IPad, it will appear as a device in Settings, tap it again to select it if necessary. In the Example above the keyboard name is magic. Most of the ones we issued are called Zagg.
Does that help?
